API, partner clouds and Muse Code
Meta’s September 24 developer recap says the Muse Model API has moved from public preview to general availability worldwide. The recap does not detail every account, regional, rate-limit or pricing condition.
Muse Spark 1.3, released on September 2, is available through Oracle Cloud AI Platform, Meta says. Google Cloud access remains in private preview. Muse Code is out of beta and available on Windows; Meta describes it as a coding agent that can run parallel workers in isolated workspaces.
A separate open-weights model
Meta describes Muse Glimmer as a 30-billion-parameter open-weights model designed to run on a single GPU or Mac Mini. The company presents it as an option for local control and on-device agents. Its recap does not specify the model’s license or provide checkpoint and deployment details, so those should be checked before planning a local implementation.
These are distinct access paths: Meta’s hosted API, a Muse Spark endpoint on Oracle, a Google Cloud private preview, Muse Code on Windows, and a model Meta says can run locally. Meta’s recap does not provide independent product evaluations.
