AMD has introduced Helion, an open rack-scale reference design offering CPU-only and combined CPU/GPU configurations, with hardware configurations planned for November 2026. The OCP-based blueprint gives hyperscalers a separate agent-execution rack and enterprises a combined system for agents and inference.
